EE was lifting a large unit on the unload end of Line 1 heavy unit that his team member was struggling with and he attempted the lift once and struggled on the 2nd attempt at the lift he shifted position and turned the unit when he felt the pain run down his neck and arm when he states he felt something pull in his shoulder and it started to hurt worse He continued to work and once finishing the schedule on the line he went to the Box Shop to build boxes needed for [REDACTED] project He continued to experience pain in the shoulder area remainder of the day and came in on [REDACTED] to the remaining boxes needed for the [REDACTED] project
