Clearing HIT Freight

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a WAYFAIR ASSOCIATE MM HIT reported an injury due to losing balance while trying to hold a unit from falling falling and twisting their foot. The associate states: I was doing hit Request just taking boxes there was A Very heavy Box I could Not lift on my own So somebody helped me with it By giving the box a good push and I Lost Balance while the push was given and my left knee popped and hurts very bad. with a pain scale of 8 out of 10. During the investigation the site found that the injury occurred When a wayfair team member working in HIT Request was attending to move the unit with the dolly. Associate was not able to move the unit and another team member came from the other side and pushed the unit so that the other could get a hold of the box and move over. As the associate that came to help pushed the box the main team member lost balance trying to hold on to the box and twisted their foot.
