On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair team member working in [REDACTED] receiving door 03 reported a pain level of 5 pain in their right foot . The associate stated “I was receiving a box needed it moved was helping [REDACTED] off loader lift and move the box. As I was walking backwards between plates watching my footing as I look away the back of my right foot caught on a different pallet and when down on my right foot an as that was happening I heard my foot toes crack. Upon standing up I was fine begin walking and my foot begins to start throbbing. I can wiggle my toes and flex my foot .;. After reporting their incident we had the associate take some time off the floor first aid was provided to the associate. The team member decline outside medical treatment and then changed mind on where a call was made to the Nurse. After speaking to speaking to the Nurse it was advice to ice the area.
