What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a castlegate associate reported a 2 level pain in their left wrist while conducting a unit putaway. The associate was working in aisle 39 and while doing a putaway hit his arm on the rack and created a cut on the wrist. During the investigation the site found that the associate was hired on [REDACTED] completed castlegate outbound training & pristine training on [REDACTED] and is currently up-to-date on his CG outbound and pristine training. The associate was working in a process path that requires job rotation and the investigation determined the job rotation was being followed. The Associate has been working in castlegate outbound for approximately 1year 3 months 1 day .
