On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a warehouse technician with 23 years of service ([REDACTED]) sustained a laceration to their forehead while working in the shipping function operating sitdown [REDACTED] The EE was looking for location LD1371 and went to turn their sitdown around They were unaware of how close they were to a support beam for the pail robot and hit it The back end wheel of their sitdown struck the beam instantly stopping them and causing the EE to hit their head on the upright frame of the sitdown Axiom was contacted medical evaluation was recommended Occ health clinic was closed so EE was taken to ER received 10 sutures in their forehead EE returned to work [REDACTED]
