What happened
at approximately [REDACTED] a team member working on I-slitter was attempting to fix an issue with the tab bar. During the task of trying to clear the hang up of the tab ribbon the tab blade activated and cut the team members right middle finger. He immediately went to the front where the supervisors office is along the way asking another team member to get assistance.
