What happened
On [REDACTED] I was watching the [REDACTED] class do there [REDACTED] started doing pushups with them which means everyone there does pushups. At some point during the pushups something in my back pinched and felt a nerve spike in my back. Initially that was it after I stood up I got a slight nerve pain down my right leg I then went to ice my back as I thought maybe something was inflamed this may not have helped as I am continuing to get this nerve pain in my right leg. It doesn’t seem affect my ability to lift or crawl or effect movement I can feel it at times depending on what I’m doing and then other times its completely normal.
