Forcible entry training

At approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was on shift at [REDACTED] and he and his crew were practicing forcible entry on a door prop. Towards the end of the training session [REDACTED] was prying with a haligan and abruptly complained of a sharp pain in his left shoulder. He stated that the [REDACTED] he had dislocated his left shoulder and had surgery done on it and that this pain felt the same. [REDACTED] was offered transport to Capstone Urgent Care but declined and stated that he would drive back to [REDACTED] and get it checked out there closer to home. [REDACTED] left shift at approximately [REDACTED].
