Getting out of a vehicle.
What happened
While stepping out of the passenger side of a vehicle at [REDACTED] employee slipped and fell on the ground. Employee was wearing ice cleats however the cleat rolled up as he stepped out of the vehicle and was not in the correct gripping place. When he put his weight on his right foot it slipped out from under him and he fell landing on his right shoulder. Employee does not want to seek medical attention at this time. I will check on them in the morning to confirm. 1.22.25 UPDATE TH. Employee 's right shoulder pain is worse and has no range of motion. Employee is going to seek medical diagnostics.
