Climbing on a step ladder to reach 1500 lbs tongs attached to overhead [REDACTED].
What happened
Worker was removing tongs from block and pushing on the side on the tong. Back tong button would not release so worker was trying to open the tongs up from both sides of the tongs. Lifting up and out on entire weight on the tongs and as he did this he felt a sudden pain and burning sensation in stomach area (bellow belly button).
