Mr. [REDACTED] was simultaneously using the water and air pressure hoses to wash the equipment on the second floor.

The worker used his foot to untangle one of the two hoses causing the washer from line 2 to hit the lower part of his foot up to the ankle. In turn he lifted his foot above the guard rail area and [REDACTED] quickly pulled his foot away from the washer avoiding further injury as well.
