Approx [REDACTED] at the end of the Wards flexo counter ejector exit belts the operator was reaching for a box with her left hand at the same time pushing the power advance button (for the belts) with her right hand Her left hand was contacting the conveyor belt while pushing the power button which cause her left middle finger tip to be pulled in and wedged between the belt and the frame of the machine She immediately hit the Estop and radioed for assistance
