What happened
The employee reported a development of a rash on her forearms the day after boxing the Airflex foam ([REDACTED]).
Injury or illness
Employee had an irritation style rash on her forearms that she was self-treating. Employee reported to her PCP on 4 21 2023 after no requests for clinical treatment. Once reported on 4 18 2023 CRF sent her to the clinical doctor for worksite evaluation of the injury. She was perscribed medicine for the rash. Employee was later sent to company clinic were it was diagnnosed as an irritant to the skin not a rash. She was ordered to wear a small piece of foam on her skin to determine if the rash was caused by the foam. No rash appeared.
