While working at F1 the maintenance employees were replacing seals in a cylinder. Two employees lifted the cylinder. One employee at each end. It is estimated that the cylinder weighs 250 lbs. I was stated that a crane or mechanical device could not be used due to the angel in which the cylinder was needed to lift.

Right shoulder area. It was affected from lifting a heavy cylinder overhead. Right rotator cuff tear.
