Employee was removing a pallet jack from under a pallet. The pallet jack was stuck on the pallet the employee was pulling the handle to get it unstuck. At first the employee pulled on it to come loose when the pallet jack did not come loose he pivoted at the knee. Once the employee pivoted he felt a sharp pain in his left knee.
