Before the incident
EE was reporting abdominal pain to supervisor that was not work related. As pain continue to rise they opted to seek medical attention. When seen at the ER it was stated that there were no issues in the abdominal area which at that time EE stated it was their back where the pain is resonating from.
What happened
EE has been assigned to work at laser machine where operations require to run the machine and material handling. EE reported that due to their physical condition from prior injuries they reaggravated pre-existing back injury.
