Before the incident
EE was preparing to move doors off the rack to assemble onto cabs coming down the line. Per EE they were aware of the tooling being defective for roughly two weeks but did not report it eventually leading to this event.
What happened
EE was using pneumatic suction cup lifting fixture to lift doors off the racks to install onto the cap the fixture disengaged and dropped the cab. EE was unable to remove their left hand off the door in time as the door dropped which pulled their arm down with it.

Strain to the left pectoral bicep and shoulder area.

Cab door dropping due to defective tooling.
Summary line
While lifting doors the tooling gave out and dropped the door. EE was unable to pull their hand away in time and was jerked down with the door resulting to a strain in the left shoulder area.
