EE was going to retrieve a bucket for a contractor to put trash in.

An employee was searching for an empty bucket and after checking the dock area proceeded toward the coolant room. Rather than using the designated walkway and staircase the employee took an alternate route by stepping mid-way off a flight of stairs onto a sloped concrete ramp. This non-standard path led to a slip and fall resulting in the employee landing face-first on the concrete.

Sprain Strain (Wrist - Left) Laceration (Face)

IP slipped and fell when stepping from the stairs to forklift ramp.
