Before the incident

On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] an EE came to the supervisor 's office to report an injury to their arm. EE stated they were picking cartons from location [REDACTED] when they felt discomfort in their forearm. 27 cartons were picked from this location between [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. EE states they felt the discomfort somewhere in the middle of picking the 27 cartons. The EE continued picking after feeling the discomfort thinking it was going to go away. At [REDACTED] when the discomfort was still there the EE then reported the injury to their supervisor. EE was evaluated by the OHN and will have a follow up with her [REDACTED].
