On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] EE reported upper back and neck pain tightness to the OHN. EE believes this was due to a 'pop ' they had felt in their neck while doing a Y level putaway on the [REDACTED]. On the [REDACTED] after the pop EE only had soreness so assumed their muscles were just adjusting to their new function. On the [REDACTED] EE woke up in a lot of pain and decided to report. EE was seen by the OHN supervisors EHS and is being accommodated within their job function.
