Before the incident
On [REDACTED] a [REDACTED] was putting a pallet into the Y level of racking. EE was looking up as they did this. As they put the pallet away and began to lower their forks EE felt something get in their eye which caused a painful pinching sensation. EE was able to lower their forks and went to a lead desk where they were given solution to rinse their eye. They were able to rinse out the debris and the pinching stopped but over the weekend they noticed severe redness in the white of their eye and went to the doctor.
