Before the incident

On [REDACTED] at approx. [REDACTED] the EE was attempting to place a carton on his pallet. As the EE was moving around his PIV his foot got stuck between his forks and he tripped. The EE was able to catch himself on the rack with his left arm. The EE then reported feeling tightness in his back. The EE was seen by the OHN who recommended moving the EE to another job assignment within regular duties. However the EE decided to leave work to seek treatment. The EE thought the incident occurred in the RF aisle but the last JDA transactions are SF100 and SF200.
