Before the incident
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] EE was applying a pick label to a carton. During this the EE experienced pain in their back. The pick label was being applied to a carton that was part of the 1st layer of product on the pallet. Since it was the first layer of product being labeled the EE bent at the knees to get closer to the cartons. The pain was felt as the EE was bending at the knees and lowering closer to the floor. EE was seen by ERT and a message was left with the OHN. EE was made aware to follow up with the OHN before returning to the warehouse floor [REDACTED]. EE assisted with paperwork for the remainder of their shift.
