Operator was picking from location [REDACTED] When they arrived the last few cases were in the back of the pallet. The operator knelt to reach into the flow rack pick face to retrieve the cases. When the operator put their hand on the slip sheet their hand went through the slip sheet. This caused pain to the operators left hand.
