[REDACTED]

This is the story I got from the driver via text. I unstrapped; I tossed the strap across. It didn 't make it all the way and fell into a box of clevis hangers. I pulled it from the other side. It hung for a second. I didn 't jerk or pull it hard. It let loose and came loose. Hit me right between the eyes. It 's hurt ever since. Small scratch and it bled. Thats the message I got from the driver. The driver 's name is [REDACTED]. We had someone reach out to see if he was coming in to work [REDACTED] since he called out today and he told us his doctor sent him to get a CT scan that he might have a concussion. He still doesn 't have the results.
