Before the incident
[REDACTED]
What happened
[REDACTED]. Driver was driving on [REDACTED] when he looked down for a moment then looked up and a semi-truck was stopped on the interstate in his lane. He said he immediately hit the brakes but he was going 65 miles per hours (cruise control) and couldn 't stop in time. Our truck was pinned behind the vehicle and [REDACTED] was unable to get out due to the steering wheel being pushed in and the door unable to open. While [REDACTED] was waiting for EMT to arrive he was informed that the other driver was unharmed and that vehicle was able to pull over and only had damage to the back end of the trailer. I am unable to add any photos because our driver was pinned in the truck and was immediately put into the ambulance once freed from the vehicle.
