What happened
On [REDACTED] EE reported an incident involving a cart while working in the cargo area. She explained that after driving the tug and cart to the designated staging location she exited the tug to disconnect the cart. As she released the tongue of the cart and pushed it forward the tongue dropped and landed on her left foot. EE immediately notified a lead who then directed her to report the incident to me.
