While the Position 6 or 7 igloo was rolling off from the loader through the main cargo door; EE was not paying attention to the placement of his left foot. The inner left heel part of EE 's shoe got caught under the bottom of the [REDACTED]. While EE was twisting his foot out from the [REDACTED] he in turn twisted his ankle.
