EE lifted a 50 box onto the [REDACTED] shelf but the weight of the box was not even. The contents and weight of the box leaned to the side of the box. EE did not have the box square on the shelf and the box over hanged somewhat. The weight of the box shifted and fell from the shelf and struck the outside of her leg leaving a bruise.
