What happened

Associate was replacing old ink barrels with new ones at the TJI ink room While doing so the associate manually moved a barrel into position on his own causing a strain in his back The associates trainer observed the associate grabbing their back afterward and told them to report this to leadership The associate reported a 35 pain level and iced their back After this they then reported a 4 pain level while sitting down The associate requested to be on their feet if working and reported
