What happened
Worker was finishing the last cut on a steel beam. Worker picked up the grinder and attempted to turn it on. The grinder would not turn on. Worker then put the grinder on the ground and tested the cords. When the worker connected cords they left the grinder on and the grider jumped and hit his leg.
