Changing blade on ride on machine.

Employee went to change the blade of the ride on tile remover with a wrench. The wrench slipped when trying to tighten the bolt causing the employee to get a laceration between his index finger and thumb. The blade was able to cut said individual deep even though it was covered by tape.
