What happened
Employee said he was assisting with closing the overhead bins and using proper ergonomic mechanics. When he went to close another bin he noticed that the bin was heavier than normal because of a bag that exceeded the allotted measurements of a carryon and felt a pressure push down on his shoulder. Later on during the flight his shoulder was huritng.
