Employee was working in the Undercarriage LH Tank area at approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. The employee stated they were collecting parts from the pallet rack and moving them to a table in their area. When they were attempting to place two Plate Cap 's 7383547 21.09 lbs. ea. on the table they caught three of their fingers on their right hand in between the parts and the table Index Middle Ring. The employee reported to the Health Center at approximately [REDACTED] to seek treatment specifically asking for their fingernails to be drilled to relieve pressure. The Health Center staff explained that they do not perform this on-site and informed the employee that they could be seen at Sanford Occupational Medicine Clinic. The employee denied further care was provided an ice pack and asked to inform their supervisor of the incident. The employee returned to work and said they can 't remember if they had informed their supervisor of the injury. The employee then reported to the Health
