Placing Cab into robot

Employee was trying to get a Cab placed into the robot on the Cab Line and was standing under the robot arm trying to maneuver the Cab into position. After the employee stood up and struck the top right side of their head on the tip of the welding robot arm resulting in a laceration to their head. [REDACTED] update [REDACTED] spoke with [REDACTED] regarding this injury. [REDACTED] stated that two Team Leads in the Weld shop were attempting to load an R Canopy in the Cab Finish Robot however the canopy would not fit into the rotator appropriately. Both leads were putting pressure on the crossmembers of the canopy to keep it from popping off out of the fixture locator pins. They asked [REDACTED] to turn the lever that activates the hydraulics so the canopy would stay in place. In order to do this [REDACTED] needed to walk around the robot because the egress to the lever was blocked by one of the Team Leads As [REDACTED] quickly walked around the robot he grazed his forehead on the torch
