[REDACTED] had a golf bag and EE reached over the scale to place golf bag on scale with one hand other hand was holding the phone. The bag ended up weighting 50 lbs and when EE lifted the golf bag at a tall stand she felt pain in her shoulder. Agents are to ask [REDACTED] to place bag on scale to avoid improper lifting and injuries.
