UPDATE [REDACTED] LO: HR received a call from [REDACTED] stating that he had surgery on his shoulder at his doctors request. Workers Compensation has authorized the surgery and we are currently awaiting documentation from injured employee that states time away and any restrictions if any. Employee was released from initial injury in [REDACTED] (injury occurred [REDACTED]) and was only given prescription meds and limit use of shoulder. Employee has been working since release. We estimate possibly days away 60-90 days but can 't confirm until documentation is received from employee. 1st day away is 10 [REDACTED] 25.
