What happened
EE was deplaning last flight. Only 1 wheelchair was requested on system prior the arrival of flight so only 1 ABM agent was assigned to the flight. While deplaning another pax requested wheelchair assistance so EE grabbed the wheelchair and assisted pax. She said pax had several items with her so it was heavy to push when they arrived to the elevator area EE felt the twist and started to hurt.
