[REDACTED] was assisting in changing out a TCU (Temperature Control Unit) on [REDACTED]-6 for repair. He was helping [REDACTED] by tilting the TCU so forks could be placed underneath it and then assisting with pushing it from the forklift onto the TCU table stand.

While tilting and pushing the TCU into place [REDACTED] later reported that he felt pain in his shoulder. No shifting slipping sudden movement or observable incident was reported by the witness. [REDACTED] stated he did not observe any immediate reaction loss of balance twisting or complaint of pain at the time. [REDACTED] continued working and did not report the injury until [REDACTED]. The work activity involved manual force while positioning the TCU during removal and placement.
