Before the incident
Employee was getting into the aft pit to offload bags.
What happened
Employee was stepping up into the aft pit from the belt loader. She planted her left foot in the pit and as she put her weight on her foot it rolled to the side causing immediate pain. She got down from the pit and was able to walk around a bit to do her LC duties for the flight but then came inside afterward to ice it and massage it but the pain got worse so she called me.
