Connecting carts to empty train

Further Investigation North Tugger Delivery Assoc1 was communicating with North Forklift Operator during the coarse of having TRNBLD in staging area . North Tugger Delivery Assoc2 approached the staging area from the southern end of the empty cart trains connected to TRNBLD in staging. During this course North Tugger Delivery Assoc2 dismounted tugger to connect carts to empty train of carts in staging area in which the other North Tugger Delivery Assoc1 remained connected too. As the North Tugger Delivery Assoc1 was given the all clear of the TRNBLD from the North Forklift Operator .The North Delivery Assoc 2 was caught in between train of carts knocking the assoc to the floor. The North Tugger Delivery Assoc1 immediately stopped as she heard the other Assoc scream.
