What happened
[REDACTED] associate [REDACTED] was traveling behind the large generics headed towards the RCC belt to remove small tote containers that were left inside the [REDACTED] container by HMA. As she made it to the four way stop in front of Facilities [REDACTED] failed to make a complete stop and turned right. At that moment [REDACTED] was identifying large misdirects by looking up the RCM tag in AS400. Once [REDACTED] turned the front right corner of the [REDACTED] container struck [REDACTED] on the outer right leg causing her to fall and hit her right shoulder on the container as well. [REDACTED] put the forklift in reverse and got off to check on [REDACTED].
