Before the incident
Back tender identified some paper on the DS of the 2nd 3rd dryer section on PM1 The decision was made to work on the wad of paper on next break When the sheet broke at [REDACTED] the utility went around to the DS of the machine to work on removing the wad of paper When the wad of paper was being pushed down into the hole it caught the drum and was pushed up into the operators The paper hit the operator causing him to move quickly When he moved the pole caught on one of the bolts of the dryer can and was pushed into the operators chest and shoulder The operator fell backwards into the hood door when the pole struck him
