What happened
On aircraft 3823 there was an inbound write-up for a nose taxi light issue and a need to service the hydraulics. After fixing the taxi light employee was showing a new employee how to connect for hydraulic servicing. While employee was returning to the cockpit to check the hydraulic quantity he went underneath the aircraft and accidentally hit the drain mast impacting their shoulder area.
