On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] employee reported experiencing pain in her left shoulder and neck while performing her duties at the ticket counter. At the time of the incident [REDACTED] was assisting with the check-in process for a military group which involved handling multiple heavy bags. While lifting and processing these bags she began to feel discomfort and pain in the affected left area. On [REDACTED] employee worked a swap from [REDACTED] (her RDO) she did not communicate to Red Coat team or OSM of any reoccurring pain. On [REDACTED] employee started her shift at [REDACTED]. She worked at the ticket counter until working flight DL1117 SLC ETD: [REDACTED]. She texted OSM at [REDACTED] requesting to see a physician.
