What happened
I strained my left shoulder on [REDACTED] night on an offload. It didn 't hurt immediately but I started to have a ton of pain [REDACTED]. I came in to work cause it was ops but the pain was still unbearable. After my shift I went to [REDACTED] hospital. They put my arm in a sling and gave me notes and prescriptions. They gave me until [REDACTED] to comeback but if I feel up to it I 'll go to ops [REDACTED].
