What happened
EE was with the ramp coordinator meeting the flight. There was also a ramp agent and ramp OSM at the belt loader helping unload the freight. The shipment was five pieces with a total of 1255.8 lbs. The weight was unequally distributed and one piece was 758 lbs when we weighed it with a skid. The cargo employees were assisting unloading and EE 's strength was unable to sustain the load and the top of her right hand was pushed down into the cart with the freight on top. The OSM and other cargo agent helped lift the metal bars out of the crate so they could lift the freight and her hand could move freely.
