What happened
EE was meeting inbound [REDACTED] and after parking the aircraft EE went to retrieve the air hose from the basket. As EE was pulling the hose out the body of the hose got stuck in the latch. EE tried pulling harder to get the hose out of the basket after an unsuccessful attempt to retrieve the air hose an ALA came over to assist. EE only felt a little discomfort at the time however the discomfort turned into pain after working the entire turn.
