What happened
On [REDACTED] employee was walking up jet bridge stairs on gate C6. Employee missed one of the rungs with his right foot. Employee tried to catch their fall by trying to grab for a stair railing. Employee stated having severe pain in upper right arm muscle which lasted for 10-15 seconds. After getting home employee stated getting shooting pain in arm muscle pain in shoulder neck stiffness pain left and right lower back stiffness pain and knee heel calf pain. Restrictions
