What happened
While working Virgin Atlantic Flight at the international [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was cleaning up the gate and while picking up a 3-step staircase from the ground to put on the belt loader he cut himself in the chin. When picking up the staircase [REDACTED] lost grip and to be able to readjust he pull the staircase up and when he did that the rung of the stairs hit the bottom of his chin and open a cut. He did not notice it right away until he put his finger on the cut and saw the blood. He had napkins with him so he covers it up right away. After the departure of Virgin he went looking for the OSM on duty to report it. [REDACTED] ended up going to his doctor where he got 2 stitches on his open wound.
